Pay Range: $83000 - $85000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Chemical
  • Process improvement
  • Six sigma
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (ASQ or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment .
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen , and other continuous improvement techniques.
  • Proficient in using tools such as DMAIC, SPC, Pareto analysis, and process mapping.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in consumer goods, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of MES, ERP systems , and production analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab).
  • Familiarity with OSHA and environmental regulations.
