Join our Aircraft Maintenance Team - U.S. Air Force Reserve When aircraft incur damage, it’s imperative to get them back in the air as soon as possible. Aircraft Structure Maintenance specialists are responsible for repairing this damage and ensuring it meets the high structural standards of Air Force aircraft. Tackling everything from replacing and installing parts to restoring the integrity of our aircraft, you’ll ensure the safety and effectiveness of our Airmen across a wide range of missions.
