Recruiting for this role ends on June 1, 2026 What you'll do Utilize your prior experience to provide tax compliance and advisory services to investment management clients. Assist clients with analysis, solution development, and implementation of their tax objectives. Manage client relationships by delivering tax advisory services. Perform high-level reviews of tax research, partnership work papers, allocations, and tax filings. Lead client meetings on compliance and advisory projects related to tax planning and transaction implications. Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors. Take on lead client-contact roles. Conduct billing and profitability analysis on engagements. Participate in marketplace eminence building and pursuits. The team As the global leader in providing professional services to the Investment Management industry, Deloitte Tax LLP works with clients to address issues brought on by regulatory changes, competition, globalization, and technological advances. Our US tax industry group includes over 1,400 professionals providing a spectrum of tax services to a broad range of Investment Management companies, including hedge funds, private equity, investment partnerships, and more. Qualifications Ability to perform responsibilities within a hybrid work model (2-3 days in person per week). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years' experience in tax planning or preparing/reviewing client work papers and tax returns. 3+ years' experience with investment management or partnership taxation. Experience managing projects including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and billing. Strong communication skills. Ability to travel up to 25%. Active accreditation: CPA licensed in the state of practice or eligible to sit, or Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or certifications like CFA or CFP. Additional information The salary range for this role is approximately $93,660 to $213,200, depending on experience and qualifications.
