Partner up : Work closely with local branches to understand needs and deliver quality hires. Grow your skills : Take part in recruiter development programs that sharpen your edge and expand your toolbox. &##127775; Must-Have Skills Customer service or call center experience (1+ year preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft tools and computer-based programs Strong communication—especially in a remote environment Detail-oriented and great with deadlines Resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure &##128064; We’re Looking For Self-starters who follow directions and think independently Relationship builders with a knack for juggling multiple priorities Efficiency experts who love a fast-paced rhythm &##128188; Experience Level: Entry-Level ready to break into recruiting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
