Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP), you will play a critical role in our company's growth and success, going beyond traditional recruiting to ensure the success of your hires in their first six months. This role is designed for individuals who are driven, strategic, and committed to building a high-performing team within a scalable, dynamic business model.
Position Overview
In this role, you will recruit and develop Account Executives (AEs) who form the foundation of our teams. At our company, everyone, even a Vice President, starts as an AE and advances based on merit. Our AEs serve as coaches and leaders, forming the backbone of our coaching and sales force and supporting the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities
As a TAP, you will have autonomy and flexibility to grow and lead your team effectively:
Remote Work & Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom to work remotely and build a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and goals.
Leveraging Your Network: Use your personal and professional network as a resource for finding potential candidates and engaging talent.
Strategic Hiring from Job Sites: Source high-quality candidates from popular platforms, such as LinkedIn, to ensure a strong pool of applicants.
Revenue Participation: For each AE you recruit, you will receive an override on their performance during their first six months, providing ongoing incentive for their success.
Target Growth: Your objective is to build a team with at least 20 active Senior Account Executives (SAEs) in your downline.
Compensation and Structure
This is a results-based role designed for those looking to make a lasting impact in a growing company. There are two compensation models available:
Performance-Based Option:
First 60-90 Days: 1099 contractor status or until your team reaches at least 20 SAEs.
Earnings Potential: For each client generated by an AE, you earn an average of $5.
Example Earnings: If a full time SAE generates one client per hour in a 40-hour work week, you would receive $200 per SAE each week. With 10 SAEs, that’s $2,000 weekly; with 20 SAEs, $4,000 weekly, translating to an annualized potential of approximately $180,000-$220,000 a year. You get the over-ride on the AE during their first 6 months of employment.
OR
Base Salary + Incentive Option:
First 60-90 Days: 1099 contractor status until your team reaches at least 20 SAEs, after which this converts to a salaried role.
Base Salary: Base salary of $30,000 with over-ride on hires for new hire’s first 6 months.
Earnings Potential: For each client generated by an AE, you earn an average of $1.
Example Earnings: If an SAE generates one client per hour in a 40-hour workweek, you receive $40 per SAE weekly. With 10 SAEs, that’s $400 weekly; with 20 SAEs, $800 weekly, bringing your annual earnings to $41,000 plus base salary and benefits, translating to an annualized potential of approximately $80,000-$120,000 a year. You get the over-ride on the AE during their first 6 months of employment.

Your core objective is to establish and lead a team of at least 20 SAEs generating 20+ clients monthly. With no cap on growth, this role offers unlimited scaling potential for those who are highly driven and committed.
