GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Manager is a key leader responsible for driving store performance by embodying the Brand Story and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure exceptional customer service from the team
• Provide training and coaching using company programs
• Analyze reports to improve KPIs such as NPS, sales, customer count, and others
• Attract and hire engaged team members
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experience
• Maintain store standards in operations, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Implement and uphold safety programs for a safe and positive work environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years management experience
• Knowledge of operations and business implications
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Team management abilities
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
• Proficiency with cash registers, computers, and calculators
• Effective time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or equivalent
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
• Experience in customer service and retail
• Knowledge of store merchandise
• Business acumen, including familiarity with LC Dashboard

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $73,416.00 - $131,262.84
Employee pay depends on factors such as location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and discounts. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
