Job Description

All Lines Technology is a full-service staffing firm servicing many industries in multiple states. We have an immediate opening for a Staffing Support Specialist to handle the day-to-day tasks needed to keep our staffing team successful! This person will work onsite at our office in Cranberry Township.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Meet with account managers to determine job duties and understand job descriptions.
• Review and format resumes.
• Schedule and attend career fairs, networking events, professional association meetings to recruit potential candidates.
• Work closely with colleges and technical schools to recruit students for entry level positions. Participate in presentations at specific colleges and universities for events held by All Lines Technology.
• Manage current job openings/closing in our company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage job postings on boards like Paycom, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, PTC, Handshake, College job boards and company’s website.
• Scrub and format jobs to post/ through an internal database, internet job boards, referrals for current technical positions.
• Proofread contracts.
• General Human Resources tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• 1 -2 years’ experience in an office/staffing support role
• 1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams experience a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills
