Home Show Management Corp. is the leading organizer of Florida's most dynamic home design and remodeling shows, connecting homeowners, designers, and industry professionals. We’re passionate about showcasing the latest in home innovation and design through vibrant social media and engaging digital content.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience managing social media profiles, creating compelling visual content, and supporting podcast editing efforts. If you have a good eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through photos and videos, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Use design and editing tools such as Canva, iMovie, and CapCut to create and polish photos, videos, and podcast episodes
• Capture and curate engaging content by filming events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Support the social media team by brainstorming creative content ideas that resonate with our audience
• Help maintain an organized content calendar and asset library
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ways to improve engagement

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and the home industry
• Basic proficiency with Canva, iMovie, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable filming and photographing with attention to composition and lighting
• Strong communication skills and an upbeat, team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bonus: Coursework or previous experience in marketing, communications, media, or digital arts

Timeline & Details:

Start Date : Early to Mid-June 2025

End Date : Late August or Early September 2025

Hours : 9am-5pm with some flexibility

Location : Based in Fort Lauderdale

Compensation : College credit available; stipend possible; travel expenses for event days covered
