This role involves collaboration across teams, managing and mentoring a small team of copywriters. The ideal candidate writes clear, clever copy with humor, is detail-oriented yet big-picture focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and champions Rihanna's "Beauty for All" vision.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the Sr. Copywriter and Global Copy Director on brand voice and strategic initiatives.Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters.Enforce brand voice across all channels.Develop product messaging in collaboration with brand, product development, and marketing teams.Drive decision-making with cross-functional partners.Deliver global copy assets, including product naming, messaging, packaging, P-Pages, infographics, visual merchandising, marketing collateral, video scripts, and educational content.Coordinate with legal/regulatory teams to communicate risks.Manage translation requests.Collaborate with design teams to integrate copy seamlessly into visual assets.Proofread all assets for grammar and accuracy with attention to detail.Stay updated on industry, social, and competitor trends.REQUIREMENTSHybrid work schedule: 3 days/week in SF headquarters (T-Thu).5+ years of copywriting experience; beauty experience preferred.2+ years of managing 1+ team members.Experience with celebrity and founder brands is a plus.Product naming and visual merchandising experience.Proficiency in writing across traditional and digital channels.Strong communication skills.Creative, self-starting, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Curiosity, intellect, and passion for ideas.College degree (BA preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr Nuvance Health
