To support our mission, we are seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing to join our Ranger Rick Outreach team in Reston, VA or remote. This strategic, hands-on leader will drive revenue growth for Ranger Rick Brands—including magazine subscriptions and book clubs—through multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Ranger Rick Brands and Engagement, this role is part of the Ranger Rick leadership team, oversees a team of three, and manages key external vendors and partners.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal overnight travel, approximately 1-2 nights per year on average.
LOCATION AND WORK MODE:
This position will have full-time remote capabilities with the expectation of occasional visits to our headquarters in Reston, Virginia. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Remaining in a normal seated or standing position for extended periods; reaching and grasping by extending hand(s) or arm(s); dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers, for example, using a keyboard; communication skills using the spoken word; ability to see and hear within normal parameters; ability to move about the workspace. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
