Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. We are looking for a Salesforce Systems Lead to own and optimize the prospect-to-lead journey, lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and manage Salesforce integrations and configurations.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and managing the end-to-end prospect-to-lead process in sales systems.
• Leading projects ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable results.
• Maintaining system architecture documentation and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implementing and integrating third-party tools like Salesforce and related technologies.
• Conducting testing and user acceptance to ensure quality deployment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Deep Salesforce expertise including platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with lead routing tools like LeanData, and Salesforce customization (Validation Rules, Flows, Custom Objects).
• Proven project leadership skills across functions.
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with technical teams.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst is a plus.

About the Team

Youll join the GTM Operations team within the Sales & Success Supergroup, supporting global go-to-market efforts with reliable systems and insights.

Salary range: $141,000 - $160,000. We value fairness and market-informed compensation.
