The Opportunity"

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer with a strong background in educational technology to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to craft compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). Your work will play a critical role in securing partnerships that enable us to expand our impact on student learning outcomes.

What Youll Do:

• Lead Proposal Development: Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including analyzing RFP requirements, outlining content, writing, editing, and finalizing submissions.
• Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and persuasive content that highlights our solutions' benefits and aligns with client needs.
• Research and Synthesis: Gather and synthesize information from various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance in proposals.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals meet the specific requirements and guidelines outlined in each RFP, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Process Improvement: Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and a repository of past proposals for efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the educational technology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong understanding of the educational technology landscape and procurement processes.
  Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Products, and proposal management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
