Responsibilities:

• Create clear and persuasive proposals tailored to meet client needs and business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and client requirements in all proposal submissions.

• Manage budgets effectively during the proposal development process.

• Leverage CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and proposal progress.

• Participate in team meetings to align on project goals and timelines, using tools like Cisco Webex Meetings.

• Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates and resources for future use.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the proposal process.

• Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of data mining techniques and their application in proposal strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and adhere to financial guidelines during proposal development.
• Familiarity with business development processes and strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and adherence to client requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
