🔥 Project Operations Manager – Be the Engine of a Multi-Million Dollar Media Company

*** This is not a normal job, for a normal person, with normal expectations or normal level of IQ, EQ or work ethic. If you are not exceptionally gifted, and in the top 1%, please skip this post ***

About Us

We’re a celebrity-backed global media and marketing powerhouse with TV shows on Amazon Prime, and clients and cast members such as Floyd Mayweather, Allen Iverson, Daymond John, Carmen Electra, WWE Wrestlers and many other icons like and a track record of building brands that reach millions worldwide.

Our mission is to become the Netflix for Entrepreneurs, producing binge-worthy shows, scaling brands, and dominating social media with viral content. Our 100+ team members operate across production, marketing, creative, and client delivery — moving fast, pushing boundaries, and executing at the highest level.

We’re now seeking a Project Operations Manager — a mini CEO inside the company — who will keep the machine running at peak performance every day.

The Role

This is not an admin position. This is command central for a fast-scaling, multi-department, multi-million-dollar company. You will:

  • Monitor all core departments daily — production, marketing, creative, sales, and client delivery.
  • Ensure dozens of staff are hitting KPIs, following systems, and operating at a high standard.
  • Track, question, and challenge everything to find inefficiencies, gaps, and missed opportunities.
  • Maintain an infinite memory for projects, deadlines, and dependencies — nothing slips past you.
  • Lead with a firm-but-loved authority — respected by everyone for your clarity, decisiveness, and fairness.
  • Report directly to the CEO and be part of the top 5 leadership team in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Oversight : Check in with all department heads and key staff on deliverables, timelines, and KPI progress.
  • KPI Management: Maintain and review dashboards to ensure all performance metrics are on track.
  • System Enforcement: Ensure SOPs and processes are being followed — update and improve them as needed.
  • Accountability: Follow up relentlessly on deadlines, promises, and commitments across the business.
  • Problem-Solving: Spot problems early, escalate when needed, and resolve issues fast.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Align all teams so projects move seamlessly from idea to execution.
  • Leadership Presence: Build relationships so staff trust you, listen to you, and want to deliver for you.

Experience Requirements – No Exceptions

  • C-Suite or Senior Executive experience in a company of 50+ staff and $10M+ annual revenue.
  • Must have references who can verify your leadership track record.
  • Must be able to clearly explain, with examples , how you’ve built systems and operations for a business at scale.
  • If you’ve only worked in small brands under $10M revenue or managed small teams (under 30 people) do not apply. This is a large-scale leadership role requiring proven, high-level operational success.
  • High Stress+ High Performance: You will work along side our CEO who is like a crazy CEO you see in the movies. Moves 100 miles an hour, crazy dreams, and has crazy expectations and performance goals. Most call him unrealistic and unfair. If you can’t keep up with a A+++ navy seal like person, you will hate this job.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in operations, project management, or general management roles.
  • Extreme attention to detail — nothing gets missed under your watch.
  • Strong data tracking & reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, project management tools).
  • Ability to hold people accountable with a mix of firmness and empathy.
  • Outstanding organizational and memory skills — you can recall every moving piece of a complex operation.
  • Natural leadership and people skills — respected by staff at all levels.

Compensation, Hours & Travel

  • Base Salary: ~$80,000/year + performance bonuses — OTE $100,000+ after 6 months if you’re a killer performer.
  • Hours : This is not a 40-hour/week role. As an executive, expect 50 hours/week (Mon–Fri) and keeping tabs on key matters over weekends.

Why This Role is Different

  • High-Level Impact: You’ll be in the top 5 leadership positions in the company.
  • Fast-Paced & Dynamic: No boring days — we move quickly and tackle big projects.
  • Influence at Scale: You’ll help steer a company with a global reach and high-profile clients.
  • Room to Grow: This role can evolve into COO-level responsibilities and maybe even shares in the company (8 of our staff have equity right now - 3 from upwork!) for the right person.
