Job Description

SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for FG|PG and Show Ready. As a department of one, you’ll own the planning, development, execution, and management of all marketing initiatives across both brands.

This role requires a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for everything from brand positioning and content creation to digital strategy, campaign management, analytics, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a balance of creative flair and analytical rigor, capable of driving brand awareness and generating demand independently and effectively.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and adjust as needed for ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support company growth and market trends.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is current, SEO-optimized, and reflects brand standards.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO).
  • Monitor and optimize website and digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Content Creation & Management

  • Write, design, and produce engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, brochures, case studies, presentations, and video scripts.
  • Oversee photography and videography initiatives for use in promotional materials.
  • Submit Award submissions on a timely basis for FG|PG and Show Ready.

Event Marketing & Support

  • Support planning and promoting trade shows, industry events, webinars, and client activations.
  • Create marketing collateral and promotional materials for event use.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up communications.

Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with business development to align marketing and sales strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and audience insights.
  • Recommend adjustments based on data analysis and market trends.

Vendor & Partnership Management

  • Manage external partners (graphic designers, printers, web developers, etc.) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output.
  • Source and negotiate with marketing vendors as needed.

Administrative & Other Duties

  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with marketing best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a small or mid-sized company or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple marketing functions independently.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual and brand sensibilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
