Job Summary:
Our client, a trusted local pool service company in West Palm Beach, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Pool Technician . This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and thrives in a team setting. The technician will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial pools, monitoring and maintaining chemical levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Clean and scrub pool surfaces, tiles, and pool decks
Skim debris, vacuum pool floors, and empty skimmer and pump baskets
Test and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
Check filters, pumps, and pool equipment for proper function
Document services performed and chemical levels for each pool visit
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Follow assigned route and maintain punctual service times
Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly
Schedule & Pay:
Salary: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required
