Therecare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring OTRs and COTA's throughout the state of Arizona. Theracare has streamlined all business processes to decrease the amount of paperwork that burdens many therapy providers. Theracare has a proven business model that allows the company to build caseloads in days as opposed to weeks. We have built an excellent reputation in the State evidenced by glowing reviews on sites such as Glassdoor and Google. We are a trusted partner with the division of developmental disabilities and an advocate for the DD population through AAPPD.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed OTR or COTA in the state of Arizona.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Compensation Package:
HOME HEALTH:

• COTA Rate 61.00 Base to 85.00 (Based on Service Area).
• OTR Rate 81.00 Base to 106.00.
• Production Bonus; 250.00.
• 5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus split into 8 quarters
• 1,000.00 Referral Bonuses.
• 5-year bonus; 2,000.00.
• 10 Year bonus; 4,000.00.
• Team Huddles in different parts of the state.
• State of the Art documentation system (Reduces unnecessary paperwork).

Job Type: Contract.

All bonuses are paid out contingent on a minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments (IN PERSON) per week during the initial sign-on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary, and at least 1 year following the Bonus payout date.

Our goal is to always have a therapy provider available no matter how rural the area. Our therapists go through quarterly training to make sure that they are using the latest evidence based research to help your child reach his or her goals.
