Di Pietro Partners is a boutique Florida-based, AV Preeminent® rated law firm focused on representing clients with unique legal issues. Established by David Di Pietro in 2005, this firm is dedicated to providing the best possible representation for a wide variety of clients. This primarily includes working with physicians and business owners with the legal aspects of their practices as well as individuals who were injured by wrongful medical procedures and complications. Furthermore, our legal team has extensive experience with probate and trust cases as well as several other practice areas, including: estate planning, large business transactions and corporate structuring, business litigation, employment law, contested and uncontested guardianships and administrative healthcare matters.
We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience and a focus on healthcare, business litigation, and/or commercial/complex litigation. Candidates should be strong writers and oral advocates with the goal of developing their litigation skills. We offer a pleasant, yet high-paced work environment. Associate attorneys work closely with the Partners and clients on the development and execution of legal strategy for litigation cases.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Litigation Attorney, your day-to-day tasks will involve handling legal proceedings, drafting and filing motions, representing clients in court, conducting depositions, and preparing for trials. You will work closely with clients, gather evidence, research case law, analyze legal issues, and develop strategies to support their interests. This role requires strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently.
