No H1B - TN - OPT Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Consultant to join our team supporting transformative initiatives in the Utilities and Telecom sectors. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and enhancing IFS MWM solutions to optimize field operations, resource planning, and mobile workforce productivity. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and hands-on IFS configuration experience, especially in environments such as utility platforms. Key Responsibilities: Configure, deploy, and support IFS Mobile Workforce Management solutions tailored to utility and telecom field service operations. Design and optimize resource scheduling, job dispatching, and route planning to ensure efficient workforce utilization. Integrate IFS Mobile with back-office ERP, GIS, asset management, and customer engagement systems. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct workshops, training, and provide technical documentation to support end-user adoption. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements. Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning field operations with evolving mobile technologies and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IFS Mobile Workforce Management or similar field service platforms. In-depth knowledge of field service operations, workforce optimization, and mobile application workflows. Experience in Utilities or Telecom industry with an understanding of operational challenges and regulatory environments. Strong experience with system integration, including APIs, middleware, or enterprise bus technologies. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support user training. Preferred Skills: Exposure to cloud deployments, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile security protocols. Experience with IFS FSM, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or similar platforms is advantageous. Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
