Are you a passionate, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager looking for a thrilling new opportunity? Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, nurturing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role will involve:

1. Managing and growing a book of commercial lines accounts.
2. Analyzing and assessing clients' risk exposure, recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
3. Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
4. Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and managing the entire COI process.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for client retention and growth.
7. Utilizing AMS for client management and policy administration.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a commercial lines account management role.
2. Proficiency in risk management, policy analysis, and policy renewal processes.
3. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Expertise in property and casualty insurance.
5. Experience in handling renewals, certificates, and client management.
6. Proficiency in using AMS360 and/or AppliedEPIC systems.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
10. A Property and Casualty license is needed for this position.
