Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher ROI. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, email, and paid media). Asset Creations (PDF's and other tools) Physical events (Plan & Coordinate) Manage marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot experience preferred, but not required). Ensure Lelch's brand and website align with SEO and marketing best practices. Marketing Oversight & Strategy (Management & Coordination) Collaborate with external agencies for PPC, SEO, and website initiatives. Photography and Videography Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer support teams. Develop scalable processes to improve marketing efficiency. Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and customer insights. Your Background/Skills: 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology. Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong project management skills Passion for technology and digital marketing trends.
