As the Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the creation of compelling, brand-consistent visuals across digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure all creative assets support key development milestones and help bring products to market in a timely fashion. This role is ideal for a creative individual who can translate strategic goals into impactful designs, serving as a key liaison in executing our brand's vision. What You Will Do: Create original and engaging visual content for print and digital platforms, including advertisements, social media graphics, emails, presentations, packaging, and websites. Translate brand strategy into visual executions that communicate clearly, effectively, and emotionally. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and identity. Help maintain and evolve visual standards and style guides across all media. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, content, and other internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visuals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and product launches. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Asset Preparation: Prepare final artwork for production across various formats including print-ready files, web-optimized graphics, and scalable vector formats. Ensure all assets meet technical requirements for various outputs (print specs, resolution, formats, etc.). Feedback & Revisions: Accept and implement feedback from stakeholders, adapting designs while maintaining creative integrity. Proactively seek feedback to refine design solutions and improve quality. Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend new visual approaches and tools to improve design output and team efficiency. Quality Control: Review final deliverables to ensure they are error-free, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards. Manages People: No What We are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or other related field preferred, or commensurate mix of experience and education. 2-4 years of experience in a digital design role, preferably within the toy industry. Social Media content creation knowledge and storytelling (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) Animation/Video/GIF editing is a plus Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc) Strong knowledge of other design tools such as Figma, Canva, and AI usage to complement. Must possess effective communication skills, think in a creative, customer-driven approach, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.
