Our team comprises thousands of people across the globe who take risks, think big, and do good for our customers, communities, and the planet. Ready to learn fast, create with audacity, and lead boldly? Join our team.

About The Role

In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to drive our next-generation platform strategy that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the product roadmap by working with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities that will positively impact the customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead a team of Product Managers in prioritizing roadmaps and backlogs, working closely with engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.
  2. Develop and manage project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for all initiatives.
  3. Build relationships with key business partners and brand stakeholders; clearly and succinctly communicate product needs to diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
  4. Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce continual process, tools, and methodology improvements.
  5. Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategies.
  6. Provide research, analysis, and support for evaluating and resolving strategic opportunities.
  7. Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation.
  8. Oversee planning, budgeting, and end results; set policies and strategic direction for the team.

Who You Are

  1. 7+ years of Product Management experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Technical knowledge necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas, especially in platforms, APIs, and complex customer capabilities.
  3. Demonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, understand technology solutions and tradeoffs, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Self-starter with a bias towards action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Operationalize product metrics and build business cases for new investments.
  6. Thrive in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences.
  7. Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external).
  8. Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex problems; adept at presenting to leadership.
  9. Deep understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area and awareness of related areas.

Nice to Have
