POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who will own and drive the full candidate and employee journey, from the moment a potential candidate explores INNERGY to the first 90 days of employment. This role blends strategic vision and hands-on execution, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, early employee engagement, internal mobility, and employer ambassador engagement.

This role reports to the Chief People Officer and will partner closely with the Director of People Operations. Together, the People & Culture team will ensure the organization is set up for success during this period of growth and beyond.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY AND LEADERSHIP

  • Drive strategy and execution of full-cycle recruiting and M&A integration strategy aligned to company CREED, goals, and values
  • Utilize and evaluate sourcing technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR (or similar ATS), and AI-driven tools
  • Drive sourcing innovation and leverage technology, analytics, and automation to optimize processes
  • Monitor and report on key hiring metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a proactive, high-quality pipeline
  • Optimize the candidate experience and ensure quality hires through process evolution and technology adoption
  • Build and iterate processes that are fast, flexible, and human
  • Attract passive candidates and build community within key talent markets

ONBOARDING AND EARLY TENURE EXPERIENCE

  • Design and execute, with cross-functional leaders, a structured onboarding journey for the first 90 days
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to understand candidate and new hire sentiment
  • Design scalable programs that balance structure with personalization
  • Use data and feedback to iterate quickly and maintain competitive advantage
  • Ensure alignment between onboarding, training, and performance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting across various organizational levels; SaaS preferred
  • 3+ years of international full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 23 years in a leadership role within a start-up or high-growth tech environment
  • Ability to build programs from the ground up
  • Experience in M&A and integrating teams into an organization
  • Expertise in ATS, sourcing tools, and candidate engagement platforms
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data and AI in decision making
  • Strong storytelling and employer brand skills
  • Knowledge of employer branding, ambassador programs, and recruitment campaigns
  • Passion for people-first experiences and strong culture
  • Familiarity with AI and automation in recruiting and onboarding
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance in hiring
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel or relocate temporarily
