Job Description

Customer Success Manager – Montreal

Prevu3D is a Montreal-based technology company redefining how industries leverage reality capture. Our platform creates photorealistic 3D digital twins, enhancing engineering, maintenance, and operational workflows. We empower sectors like manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, and AEC to work smarter and faster.

We are looking for a  Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll be the key strategic partner for our customers — driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Product to maximize customer success and Prevu3D's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, objectives, and workflows; proactively offer solutions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to close them.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, bringing structured feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build customer stories, training material, and success campaigns.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our customers.
  • Help design scalable processes for Customer Success as we grow.

Desired Background and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, automotive, energy, construction, and mining sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D scanning technologies and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong presentation skills — in-person and remote.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

You are

  • Entrepreneurial and highly organized.
  • Customer-obsessed and outcome-driven.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A team player who collaborates across functions.
  • Open to traveling up to 25%.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup.
  • Background in 3D CAD, BIM, digital twins, or reality capture solutions.
  • Previous experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
