Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CSM to join our team. The role will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
2. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
4. Develop and maintain a filing system.
5. Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain inventory.
6. Book meeting rooms and set up for meetings as needed.
7. Assist with organizing company events and special projects.
8. Maintain contact lists.
9. Provide general support to visitors.
10. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
7. High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
