As a Customer Service Representative , you'll play a vital role in driving community engagement and donor support . This is not your typical customer service job—you’ll be on the front lines at live events and outreach campaigns , representing high-impact nonprofits and advocacy groups in a face-to-face, public-facing environment .

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at community outreach events

• Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm

• Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to build meaningful connections

• Collaborate with outreach and event teams to maximize visibility and impact

• Serve as a professional, compassionate representative for important social causes

• Strong verbal communication and people skills

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience required – paid training provided
