The Chief of Staff will support the Chief Technology Officer supporting key strategic and operational initiatives of the CTO function, including strategy, innovation, medical affairs, performance excellence and R&D. This role involves managing daily operations, leading execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives, cross-functional orchestration and ensuring effective communication to help drive cultural change and continuous improvement
- Manage operating process of the CTO office, including leadership meetings, governance meetings, decision-making forums, cross functional reviews, townhalls.
- Ensure timely preparation of high-impact content in conjunction with the DX Communications office and other CTO functions.
- Act as Liaison between the CTO office, its leadership team and senior executives, external stakeholders and partners.
- Driving cross-functional planning, alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including:
- Technology roadmaps and business reviews
- Innovation governance and growth indicators
- KPI development & monitoring/ business analytics
- Business process improvement workstream leadership
- Ensuring execution and follow-through on key priorities. Oversee action plans to deliver performance improvement targets and manage deviations.
- Acting as a force multiplier by enabling the CTO and our RD&I leadership team to operate at greater scale and impact.
Qualification - Demonstrated experience and ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without authority. Convincing change driver, able to establish a network built on trust.
- Results and quality orientation, strong analytic capability and organizational skills.
- Extensive and proven project management & consulting skills preferably gained in strategic/tactic change projects.
- Experience in the strategy development and deployment (e.g. Hoshin Kanri) processes preferred.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, Medtech or biotech.
- Operational experience in leading laboratory, research and development teams beneficial.
- Understanding of diagnostics industry specifics and business strategies.
- Agile mindset, superior problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- MBA or MS with corresponding business experience preferred.

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is Min $149,700 - Max $224,600
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
