Role Description

White and Bright, LLP is actively seeking a passionate and driven Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our expanding team. This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at White and Bright, LLP located in Escondido, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling litigation matters on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

• Assist with client consultations and provide sound legal advice

• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the California State Bar

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology
