Job Description
Spherion Naples, FL is seeking Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Bonita Springs. These are entry level positions for anyone looking to get into manufacturing. Each Assembler will have a varying mix of tasks dependent on skill and need. Working hours are Monday thru Thursday, 10 hr shifts.
Responsibilities:
The position requires minimal interaction with shop floor automation systems, primarily limited to logging in and out. The role involves using small tools and equipment to assemble various products in accordance with manufacturing specifications.
Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, control plans, manufacturing plans, and visual aids to perform accurate assembly tasks.
Responsibilities also include part marking using methods such as rubber stamping, computer-controlled machines, or other techniques specified in the blueprints.
Testing duties include conducting pressure tests, functional tests, dielectric and resistance tests, visual inspections, flow tests, and any other testing procedures outlined by company standards.
All completed work must be thoroughly documented following established procedures.
Additionally, the role requires active involvement in 6S practices, lean manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and other programs as directed by management.

Skills:
Adheres to requirements of ISO 9001 and maintains procedures and work instructions to satisfy these requirements
