• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze client needs and troubleshoot and plan
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment .
• Proven ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven account management is a plus.
